scintigraphie artrose

Scintigraphie; Suite à une radiothérapie il y a 2 ans suite à un cancer du sein,je ressens des douleurs osseuses, il m'a été conseillé de passer une scintigraphie osseuse, mais j'ai lu un article sur un site médicale, disant que l'artrose, des métastases ne pouvaient etre différence, et que seul la tomographie, permettait de faire la différeence. Avez-vous des indications ou validations à me faire parvenir? Merci d'avance

Le médecin veut peut-être d'abord voir s'il y a un problème au niveau des os.

je voulais juste vous poser une question ma mere a un cancer depuis 3 ans (cancer du poumon , et une tumeur dans la tete)elle a passer une syntigraphie la semaine derniere car elle a tres mal au niveau de la colone vertebrale et ne tient plus sur ces jambes ,on nous a dit que c etais de l artrose , mais nous savons tres bien que l artrose ne paralise pas comme ca ,a votre avis est ce que ces pas plutot des metastase.j attend une reponse je l espere qui pourra m aider a comprendre.merci
